1955 Western Electric vintage black rotary desk or table telephone with black metal dial
Cradle: Bell System made by Western Electric
Handset: Western Electric   Made in U.S.A.   G-3
Stamp on the Inside: C4A   3-55
C NET 425B also dated 3-55
Bottom: C/D 500   3-55
Orange stamp: WNR 862
Letters and numbers on the dial plate are very nice
Metal dial turns and releases as it should though the release can be just a tad slow at times
Volume control dial moves correctly
Black case and handset have some minor cosmetic blemishes but definitely in very good condition for age and use
Coil cord from handset to phone is in very good condition with no stretching
Straight line cord from phone has weird connectors and is still attached to wall jack. Though I believe it would work, I have no way to test the phone so I can not guarantee it will. Therefore, this is being offered on an as-is basis.
