Please check your order for shipping damage as soon as possible upon receipt.  We take pride in our packaging system, but realize rarely accidents do occur.  Keep all packaging, etc. as we may need photographs of the damage. Item(s) must be returned in the original or similiar packaging and shipping material within ten (10) days of the delivery date

Returns are only accepted if item(s) have been grossly misrepresented in the listing
Listing includes description and photographs
Refunds will be in the form of money back of the purchase price

Any and all shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, any additional shipping charges like expedited shipping, shipping outside the United States, foreign shipments, etc.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling cost

Any tampering with any item(s) voids a return.
Any item that has been modified or used cannot be returned.
Though we test each electrical item before listing and again before shipping, we cannot guarantee how long any item will be operational or if it will be compatible with your situation. Therefore, electrical items are not refundable or returnable.
